- Membership savings are based on a monthly auto debit or annual prepayment.
- All memberships are for a period of twelve (12) months.

- You don't have to be a patient of University Chiropractic- membership is open to anyone!
- Massage time can be used in 15 minute, 1/2 hour, or hour increments.
